Samsung’s official German website has just confirmed the name of the Galaxy S20 series. Now its Romanian branch has confirmed that the company’s next folding phone will be called Galaxy Z Flip.
Samsung Romania has created a page on its official website for the Galaxy Z Flip’s leather protective case and has confirmed the name of the folding smartphone. The page does not reveal any details about the Galaxy Z Flip, but thanks to the previous leaks, we have a very good idea of what to expect from this smartphone.
The Galaxy Z Flip will arrive with a Snapdragon 855+ SoC. It will boot Android 10 and will have 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of non-expandable UFS 3.0 storage.
The smartphone will have two screens: a 6.7 “Infinity Flex FHD + main folding screen and a 1.06” secondary external display.
For photography, you will get a 10MP selfie camera and a 12MP main snapper sitting on the outside panel along with an ultra-wide 12MP unit.
The Galaxy Z Flip will feature a side-mounted fingerprint reader and will have a 3,300 mAh battery with 15W fast charge support. It is rumored that it will cost $ 1,400 and is expected to be announced on February 11 along with the Galaxy S20 series.
